King Fishers pre school and nursery, is a private day care facility. King Fishers is registered for 60 children aged 3 months to 5 years old, registered with Ofsted and insured with Sterling Insurance Company Ltd. We aim to provide quality day care in a secure, clean, warm, structured and stimulating environment. To meet the needs of our children in a diverse community, developing each child to his/her fullest potential in line with his/her own interest.
We aim to work in partnership with parents ensuring the consistence of high quality non-discriminatory care in a positive environment; to collaborate with parents as equal partners/carers and encourage them to take an active role in all aspects of the nursery.
A good character building is most essential for children at this early stage. This forms the foundation of what they will be in adult life. We hope to enable them to develop self-respect, self-love and self-worth.
Also respect and love for each other whilst developing a sense of confidence and security that will remain with them. Through creative learning we will encourage them to develop their sense of independence and ability to think. The children will learn about each other’s cultural backgrounds through stories, activities and celebrations such as Christmas, Easter, Black History Month, Diwali, Eid, Chinese New Year and Carnival’s from around the world.
